Maxine Day is a Principal Advisor in the Ministry for Cities, Environment, Regions and TransportAdaptation Systems team, working on the amendment to the Climate Change Response Act for adaptation planning. She brings more than 25 years’ experience across climate adaptation, natural hazard management, planning, emergency management and policy, gained through roles in local and central government and consulting.
